DocuNote is the mobile app for the DocuNote document management system. It connects to your company's DocuNote server, with or without a VPN, depending on your company's setup.
• Have your company's cases, documents and folders from DocuNote at hand
• Open your most recently used cases and documents quickly
• Find documents and cases by browsing the organization tree
• Use your Favourites to get to the documents you need
• Search by free text, title or number, with filters, and use saved searches for status lists
• Open documents, edit them in an app on your phone, such as Microsoft Office or Google Docs, and check them in again as a new version
• See the version, last change, check-out status and number of each document
• Read, add and edit notes on documents and cases
• View and edit the properties (metaforms) of documents, cases and folders
• Create and rename document and media folders
• Browse photos and videos in media folders and swipe through them
• Upload photos and videos from your phone, or take new ones in the app; their GPS location is kept
• Share files and links from other apps into DocuNote, and open DocuNote attachments (.dno) from your e-mail
• Send a document shortcut by e-mail or share it with other apps
• Log in securely, with configurable session time, two-factor authentication, and fingerprint or face login
• Use DocuNote in English, Danish or Swedish
• Runs on the latest Android versions, including Android 16
